BRRRR options for best returns
With 100k, would you rather buy a property cash and work the BRRRR on it.
Or would you rather finance 2 100k properties with 15% down(investment rate). And use the remaining 50k or so to rehab them both and still do the BRRRR method. Then pull out money from both?
Why is one option better than the other? I feel like using more leverage and OPM you also have less risk and opportunity to make more.
