Hello, I am currently in the process of purchasing a FSBO property. However, I am stuck when it comes to the paperwork. The seller and I have agreed on a price and terms. Now I just have to put it on paper and make it official in order to submit for a loan to complete the transaction. What would be the best method ? Realestate agent ? Realestate attorney? Google "how to write a purchase agreement ? Any and all feedback will be appreciated. Thankyou
