*Buying FSBO properties*
Hello, I am currently in the process of purchasing a FSBO property. However, I am stuck when it comes to the paperwork. The seller and I have agreed on a price and terms. Now I just have to put it on paper and make it official in order to submit for a loan to complete the transaction. What would be the best method ? Realestate agent ? Realestate attorney? Google "how to write a purchase agreement ? Any and all feedback will be appreciated. Thankyou

@Anthony Musolino my advice is call a closing company and ask them to provide the standard state contract to you. That way you know it is a valid contract that can be closed. If you have questions on completing the form, the closing company can help. Tell the lender you want to use the closing company you got the contract from. Another option is ask the lending company what title company to talk to.
Don't just download a random contract from the internet or make your own. I know people do that, but it is insanely risky. If you end up in a legal dispute and your contract isn't well written, it is bad news.
