Partnership set up thoughts
Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts on partnership agreements/set ups? I’m providing the finances to purchases RE investments and I want my sister to help me manage them. What’s a fair split? 50:50? 80:20?

Managing property is a huge responsibility. It sounds to me that you'll just be providing the capital and your Sister will be doing all the work. My suggestion is a 50/50 split. Maybe you can also get her finding deals, managing contractors, cold calling etc.
