How can you house hack multiple properties?
Full disclosure I haven't read the house hacking book it's coming in though.
So I understand you can use a FHA loan to live in a property and rent out the other units.
1. So how would one do that with multiple properties?
2. Is there a time in how long you need to live in the property?
3. How would you replace the FHA loan to reuse it for the next property? How would you pay for that too?
