whole selling contracts and reassignment contracts

So I currently have 6 houses and a 19 unit storage facility but I am starting to realize the competition to get these houses are getting harder and harder. I have decided to get into wholesaling and try and find some good units out there and then wholesale the ones I do not want to keep due to being to expensive or whatever the case.

I am curious if there are any wholesalers out there who would be willing to send me over a generic wholesale contract and maybe even some type of reassignment contract. I in turn with reciprocity would put you first on my list of people I reach out to when I find houses. My thought is it could be worth it in your eyes due you taking time to send to me and in turn I send you deals that could make you money! WIN WIN.
