Good Morning BP Family, 

I am a relatively new REI in Baltimore City and was wondering if anyone has used the Purchase & Renovate loans, Vacants to Value, and/or FHL Bank Foreclosure Recovery Product to purchase City-owned Properties in Baltimore City? I currently have 1 house hack and would like to use these development grants for my next !!
