Cashflowing in Canada
Just out of genuine curiosity which Canadian city has good investment returns in the current climate (February 7, 2021). I have friends in Ontario who are looking at building houses because the rental market is too hot to get into.
Is this a trend that anyone else is seeing?

Yes I know anecdotally that Niagara region has had crazy appreciation the past year to the tune of 20%, even my agent there who I haven't used for years msged me to tell me to refinance now. Obviously I won't buy anything in medium to large cities in Ontario any more, the only place that makes some sense is Windsor, but the tenant population and housing stock seems to be worse than other cities of similar size.
