Help organizing a seller financing offer

Hi BP,

I need some help putting together a seller financing offer. I have a deal on the table that consists of 30 units with the asking price being 1.1 million dollars. I have been buying quite a few properties here recently and have almost exhausted all my liquidation. Is there anyone on here that can help me work up a potential seller financing deal? Maybe something where the seller could carry the downpayment at a percentage? I'm just having trouble working one up and I want to be prepared with a detailed offer when the time comes?
