Residential Assisted Living - Real Estate Only

Hello BP!

I'm writing to connect with others who are investing in the Residential Assisted Living space. We buy residential assisted living facilities in Phoenix, where I'm a Realtor and have lived for the past 15 years or so. We buy the real estate only, and lease it to an operator who runs the business, and is our long term tenant.

I'd love to connect with anyone who is doing something similar to this, wants to talk about the RAL space, or has any industry knowledge that we can share with each other.
