Hello,

After house hacking a multifamily for almost 5 years I think I have achieved my goal and wish to change the direction a bit now as well as looking for a change. I am considering to sell my multifamily and move into my ideal single family home now with my family where there is scope for great appreciation and don't have to deal with tenants. Fortunately, my job allows me to me work from anywhere by connecting remotely so I am considering to move to a state where I can raise my family and where there are some great schools too. I've been considering Austin, TX and Dallas,TX ,Chandler AZ,Phoenix AZ,Charlotte NC, SF CA and others in CA but the prices are insanely high it will start impacting my quality of life. I have also considered NY/NJ but the property taxes are way too high

I will appreciate inputs from the experience members here.

Thanks

@Peter Morgan Austin is the place to be in my opinion! We've had incredible growth the last decade or so!
