Asking experienced Texas Investors

Matthew M.
Posted

To all you Texas investors out there! I'm writing this to try to get some contacts and first hand recommendations on turn key companies in Texas. I know it is a large state and this is a broad question, but what I do know is there are people migrating to Texas at extremely high rates.

I'm looking to purchase my next turn key and would like to explore Texas sub markets and turn key companies in those sub markets. Trustworthy Turn Key companies are hard to come by which I'm turning to my bigger pockets family to point me in the right direction.

Find a good realtor and a good property manager. Working with a true TK company is limiting and very often not in your best interest. @Joe Funari is a great agent that owns and understands rental properties.
