Investor Friendly Banks in Asheville, NC?

Roland O'Brien
Posted

Does anyone have experience with any of the local banks in Asheville, NC?  I am working on a deal for a couple of off market houses and one will require significant rehab.  I plan to make a trip to Asheville, NC within the next couple of weeks to speak with some banks, but wanted to check to see if anyone on here has any recommendations.  Any information would be helpful.

Let me know when you find one. My last deal tanked cause I couldn’t get funding. Although it was a commercial loan over a million. Oh well.Good Luck.
