Hi my name is Joe and I am just getting starting in real estate investing. I am looking to buy my first property in Minnesota via BRRRR method and would love to make some connections. Thanks for looking.

@Joe Schoess Congrats on starting the journey! Both these points above are spot on from Dan and Noah. In my experience its important to look at all options before deciding on your strategy. I like to start with the end in mind, so for example, where do you want to be investing and life wise in 5-10 years? Then work backward. Sometimes BRRR is best, sometimes FHA (occupied multifamily), then 5% Conventional (occupied MF), then 25% down or commercial rehab, etc. There are 100 paths to take, its important to know why you are taking a certain path to make sure its the best. Good luck!
