Help! My Investor loan in closing and they kicked it back today!

Their reasoning is because it is a Manufactured home - (on a permanent cinderblock foundation of course)... and they JUST noticed it today! It is only 10 years old and in great shape. My realtor says she had no idea that MH were not accepted on investment loans. Why not?

Holy wow, I'm just floored and a little bit freaking out now. I have the 20% down needed, and I am paying ALL closing costs and they are now today telling me they won't service the loan after they told me I was pre-approved and accepted. We now have thousands tied up in inspections and escrow. Paperwork has been completed for weeks.

Advice? What are my options?? A second home/vacation home type loan that I could occupy 2 weeks out of the year for "legal" purpose?
