now that you have gone out on social media looking for a loan..  be aware there are due diligence pump and dump scammers all over the private money lending space.. so be very cautious of unsolicited contacts you get.. 

they will want a fee up front.. NEVER EVER pay a fee up front.. and only do business with companies U can verify with your local title or closing attorney are for real..   these scammers troll BP for these very posts.. and or are all over facebook and linkdin.
