Metro Detroit BRRRR Locals

I am wondering if there are any local metro-Detroit investors that I can connect with to discuss any tips you may have to give. I grew up in the area and I'm looking to start my real estate investing journey back where it started. I'm looking for light rehab homes that I can execute a BRRRR strategy.

What are some benefits and downsides of investing in metro-Detroit that you might not find in other parts of the country?

 Hey Danny,

I'm a local Detroit investor that have done a few BRRRRR and have been growing my portfolio these past few years. I can help you start your journey. Feel free to message me to connect. Word of the wise turn-key providers need to be vetted. Light rehab properties tend to be very competitive so if you don't know the right parties pulling those off will be hard. Try connecting with a few realtors, wholesalers and join our facebook investor groups. I think you need to designate a few areas you are interested in and try and get off-market deals.
