Hot Markets Supported by Data

As someone new to real estate investing, I’m seeking to find a few “hot markets” to consider investing in. Can someone recommend a resource for objectively evaluating the investment potential for areas in the US?

I’m looking to avoid subjective assessments of “hot markets” based solely on opinions and personal biases.

Thanks in advance!

Ryan

Some of the major real estate brokerages publish market reports.  I think I have some links bookmarked in a word file, if you message me I’d be happy to give you some resources.
