VA Loan For College Rental

I was wondering if my parent could use a VA loan to purchase a home where I go to college for me to live in? Neither of my parents would live in the property and I would rent the extra rooms out. Would this go against the terms of the loan? Thanks

@Zach Adams i think this would violate the intent of the VA loan, but i'll let @Jon Lallande weigh in as well. He is my go to VA lender!
