Cash Offers? Assignment of contract? And who to pitch the deal to
I'm new to REI and I am wondering where the cash offers come from. Are they individuals? As a real estate agent, I am looking to be the go-between and broker some of these deals. Who do I approach with a potential deal?
How does the reassignment of a contract work?

“Being a wholesaler” is an over hyped piece of crap endeavor.....with a lot of deception involved. If you are an agent, stick with that. Yes, you look at recent sakes in your county records to find cash buyers.
