Off Market Wholesaler Script

Trying to get over my fear of Door Knocking! Does anyone have a script they use when door knocking for potential deals and greeting a home owner for the first time? Something that would be helpful to use each time I speak with a homeowner about purchasing their property.

Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.

I'd just have your goals in mind and start off with what you can do for them and why they should trust you.  Then ask what they want to do and LISTEN (my biggest issue personally).

At a high level, like the Stoics, you should go through the absolute worst thing that could happen to you.  Then once you accept that, realize it won't be that bad (ie the anticipation is worse than the thing itself).

I'll give you credit, you're trying - I've had 5 juniors that would rather do anything else (like eMail, text, F/B) than pick up a phone and call.
