Selling with REDFIN now
As I am seeing these REDFIN now for sale signs popping up more and more in my local area, I am wondering if anyone here has used them and what their experience has been like?
Disclaimer: I am not currently in the market to sell any of my properties, this is more of a curiosity. I expect the 2% saved in commission fees is sacrificed with local area knowledge of an agent along with going the extra mile.
Can anyone share their experiences?
