How to get a seller to sell to you
i am looking for tips how to get an estate to sell directly to me and not list the property on the market. I have 3 siblings who have started the process to petition to partition their late parents estate.
i am not sure if there is fiduciary in this scenario. At first I was thinking about hand delivering an offer but with covid that probably is a bad idea. I do have attorney contact from the petition. Should I reach out to the attorney?
is it advisable to offer cash outside of closing to the fiduciary if there is one?
i have been following this property for 4 years and finally something is happening. I don't want to lose it and would appreciate any advice how to get it uag.
thank you.
