I am a Buy and Hold investor in Michigan. I am new, but currently own 3 rental properties in Michigan. Cash flowing very well. I'm visiting Las Vega next Mon-Wed (23rd-25th) to expand my business. Would like to connect with an agent to look at some investment properties for buy and hold and/or short-term rentals.  Thanks in advance.

@Matthew Hoef you might consider checking out Inspirada (Henderson, NV) for buy and hold rentals.  They have a mix of townhomes and single family detached built 2007-present.
