I have 2 in Eastpointe, MI and 1 in Warren, MI.  Looking to expand here in Michigan, but I am looking into other opportunities out of state.

I am a Buy and Hold investor in Michigan. I am new, but currently own 3 rental properties in Michigan. Cash flowing very well. I'm visiting Las Vega next Mon-Wed (23rd-25th) to expand my business. I would recommend Lindsay Dunlop (Simply Sold Homes).  I am new to investing and have had a hard time getting an agent that understands investors.  We met at a local Real Estate Meetup on Tuesday last week.  Started working with her on Wednesday.  She just sent me the paperwork on 2 accepted offers this morning.  Also, she is an investor.
