Previous foundation repairs OKC
Hi friends on BP,
I’m looking at a deal in OKC with previous pier installation 8 years ago. Would this be a problem moving forward for me?
The agent told me it’s normal given that OKC is on red soil (or something along that line).
Thanks for your help in advance!

soil map for you : http://www.ogs.ou.edu/pubsscan... it's called port and it is clay, and it moves. You need an expert to look at the foundation
