Hi BiggerPocket peeps,

I want to form LLC's for my first 2 properties as I'm looking to acquire my third. I have one in OKC, one in Atlanta and live in Jersey City.

Where should I find my attorney or CPA to form my LLC's?

Should cost of the different regions be taken into account?

What should I look for in an attorney or CPA to do the job?

Any referals will be appreciated as well.

Thanks,

Wallace

Dear BiggerPockettors!

With all the money printing, where are you all parking your money before the next deal?

This morning, I almost bought gold and silver with 50% of my savings so far

I’m afraid of the inflation and potentially hyper inflation after people have the vaccine and start to go out and spend in the summer? Anyone having the same concerns?

Best,

Wallace

Dear BiggerPocketters!

I'm an out of state investor looking to purchase his third SFH in the next 3 to 6 months. I'm trying to narrow down my search in Houston.

I’ve learned that Katy, Cypress are decent markets, and would like to hear some more opinions on it. My other purchases were in Atlanta and OKC suburbs (in case this would help make the comparison)

I'm looking to put 20% down for a SFH $150k-200k for little to even cash flow after all expenses. Any recommendations or alternative suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Wallace

After some hoops and hurtles, I've found a property in Yukon, OK and am under contract! Thanks to friends on BP for the tips and advice.

Now I'm in need for a property manager. Anyone here provides the service or knows of someone reputable that does?

Thanks!

Wallace

Great idea. I will try to get my hand on it.

Thanks for the resource! I had an inspector take a look. They didn't find anything wrong with the foundation.

Hi friends on BP,

I’m looking at a deal in OKC with previous pier installation 8 years ago. Would this be a problem moving forward for me?

The agent told me it’s normal given that OKC is on red soil (or something along that line).

Thanks for your help in advance!
