Real Estate Agent needed for New Construction?

Anthony Tapia
Posted

Hi BP Members!

I am a first time home buyer and recently toured a New Construction home.  Currently I do not have a real estate agent representing me. When dealing directly with the builder, do you recommend having a real estate agent represent you?

ALWAYS HAVE A REAL ESTATE AGENT TO REPRESENT YOU WHEN YOU BUY, there is no cost to you. Dealing with the seller's agent is like someone knows everyone's hands in a poker table.
