Today was a pretty cool day for the books! Somehow I pulled off wholesaling a Big Bear property to @ryanpinedashow through Instagram without even having the property under contract myself.

I stress the importance of building your network and most importantly your relationships. I've been following Ryan for a long time now after picking up his book "Flip your Future" around 2 years ago.

Reading his book in conjunction with listening to the @biggerpockets podcast really showed me that anything is possible. Since reading his book we've flipped 4 homes working on our 5th currently!

I've seen on his Instagram stories and posts that Ryan flips and holds rentals in Big Bear CA, so naturally when my military buddy @lionofinfluence posted a wholesale Big Bear property on his Instagram, I reached out to Ryan to see if he was interested.
