Turnkey in Tennessee

I'm a busy professional. I love the idea of BRRRR ing a property, finding and managing tenants but I just don't really want to allocate the time. I live in Knoxville. Anyone in the area using a Turnkey company to purchase properties? I prefer the Tennessee market but I'm not opposed to buying long distance.

You Turnkey people... what are your thoughts/ company recommendations?

Well, if you look in Memphis you will find a ton of companies who provide this service. For the most part all of them are legit and do a good job. You should take a little time to contact them and learn about their program and what they can offer you.  Good luck
