Problems Investors Have With Real Estate Agents
I've seen where their can be a lot of contention between investors and real estate agents. Everyone seems to agree it's better to work with agents that have experience investing or working with investors. What problems arrive with inexperienced agents? It's a newbie question, but it seems that if they can buy and sell the house fast, it would meet my needs.
