How to get a homeless guy to leave

Hi all,

I'm curious if any of you have run into this and if so what you did. There's an abandoned run down home with good potential to be a C class 3 unit near me. It has good "bones" but needs everything else. There seems to be a person in it though... Have any of you run into this and what did you do?
