No Money Down, Direct to Seller
I'm looking to purchase a multi family in Maine with no money down but my question is this; Who is most likely to sell their house with no money down? I'm guessing the only people who would even consider selling like this are either in pre foreclosure or something similar? I've been searching all over the forums but can't seem to find much about where to find deals like this.
