Dont keep all cash in just one Bank

Do not recommend keeping all cash in just one Bank as many will fail in 2021. Government bailouts or handouts may be sparse and more government shutdowns likely. so keep at least 3 separate bank accounts to spread the risk of your money getting stuck in a Government bailout debacle. Even Section 8 rents can get bumped during another government shutdown so keep extra cash reserves. Having multiple accounts also makes Banks more competitive for your business let them know you're using other banks and when applying for loans and whoever can service you the fastest with the least cost solution will win more of your business.
