Industry shut down. Should I buy?
I had two AMAZING deals lined up with super high cash on cash ROIs. One was a triplex and one a 5plex Then this morning, I read in the news that the major industry in this town is shutting down and I am worried I won't get rentals. Should I still go ahead with the deal or pull back?
