I had two AMAZING deals lined up with super high cash on cash ROIs. One was a triplex and one a 5plex Then this morning, I read in the news that the major industry in this town is shutting down and I am worried I won't get rentals. Should I still go ahead with the deal or pull back?

Hi guys. I am looking at buying in St. John's. I currently have a two apartment rental in Clarenville and two vacation rentals in Trinity. I am debating on buying in St. John's or Clarenville but I am not sure how hard it would be to get renters in Clarenville at the time because there is not much there bringing in people right now. Any advice on buying in St. John's? I am pretty new at all this and still learning the ropes. THANKS!

I've been debating on buying in St. John's or maybe in Clarenville because it's closer to where I live. I just don't know if Clarenville would make sense. I already have one place there and prices are much cheaper than several years ago but I don't know how hard it will be to get renters. Are you looking at buying in St. John's?
