Real Estate Wholesaling Offers

I just don't understand this, I am fairly new to real estate wholesaling and I have absorbed a lot recently. I have been searching for deals and reaching out. I always run up my numbers pretty good, ARV, repairs, comps and all but for some reasons whenever I make offers to sellers for their property they reject it. I mean I don't understand it. I thought I was the problem but when I actually talked to some more experienced wholesalers they think my offers were right on point.

Does anybody have any idea of what is happening?
