Does anyone have experience with Q CABINS!

We have lot in a super expensive market to build near mammoth lakes ca. We’re looking at 2 small rental structures built new. Online Q cabins are easy to permit and at least tout they are way cheaper ppsf than any other cabin or stick built we’ve priced out. Has anyone experience with q cabins? I’m afraid it’s a total scam because I can’t find anyone who’s actually build one who is cost conscious.
