1031 Exchange Syndicate
Hello,
I close on a property on OCT 15th... I have a sizable chunk of cash to place for my 1031 exchange. Looking to partner with someone on a multifamily project or invest in a syndicate if they provide a TIC structure. Feel free to reach out! I have historically done multifamily value add deals.

Ask your 1031 QI guy or the one that pops up here all the time.
@Dave Foster is your man. It'll require a Tenant in Common or Delaware Statutory Trust setup. Also you'll need to find a syndicator & syndication that is the right fit. The TIC setup would not be feasible for a smaller investor in a deal, but a larger investor would be, due to the extra steps required.
