Did the lender ask for any personal guarantees?

I'm currently doing a 1031. If I wanted to bring in a partner on the deal and did a TIC, how would that work? Is it possible we can both be GP's even though I'm doing a 1031 and he is bringing in an equal amount of cash?

Currrently selling a property as a 1031 exchange. Looking to place the funds into a deal (400,000K). Preferebly looking to partner with someone as I currently have multifamily experience. Also open to Syndicate if I like the deal enough. I have more money to bring to the table if needed.

Hello,

I close on a property on OCT 15th... I have a sizable chunk of cash to place for my 1031 exchange. Looking to partner with someone on a multifamily project or invest in a syndicate if they provide a TIC structure. Feel free to reach out! I have historically done multifamily value add deals.
