Palatine Multifamily investment Properties

Does anyone have investment multifamily properties/knows that Palatine, IL area? I know most multifamily properties in that area are class A and B, but I would prefer and class C or class D+. Any tips on where to look or if there are even these types of multifamily homes in the Palatine area?

@Ashley Budyak

Why are you limited to palatine? Also beware of the high taxes in these areas which kill cashflow.

What type of multi family are you looking to get Into? house hacking or conventional financing?

There are deals out there, the numbers just need to make sense.
