Should i fire my first agent
So my first investment was a lake view lot that i found on the struck off list. A couple weeks before i got the deed i tried to email the agent i wanted but another agent responded and i didnt respond back.. when i received my deed and actually called the agent i was wanting she told me i needed to go with the lady that emailed me back.. well in this section of the lake you have to have two lots to build on so either i had to sale my lot to the people on either side of mine.. so i found the ladys number that inherited the lot besides mine. When I contacted her she said that she was wanting to sell that lot also. So I gave my agent the number and she was supposed to call her.two weeks later she tells me that she tried to call but couldn't get the lady on the phone. So i sent the ladys number again and she was calling the wrong number. Now i have another lot that im bout to put on the market and finally got the agent i wanted in the first place. She told me that the other agent has my lot way under value and she will buy the lot by mine if the lady ask to much for me to be able to afford and us sale them together. The first agent is a good person but she is not a go getter or investor like the agent that i was trying to hire from the start. Building a relationship and being able to network with the agent on my second lot will be alot more beneficial. She is an agent and investor.. thank y'all in advance for any advice or feedback.. i love biggerpockets and i have learned so much in this little bit of time
