Sending selfie videos to sellers

I have some sellers that stopped responding to my calls. So sent out video selfies to them to re-establish rapport. The goal is to hopefully build familiarity with the seller and put a face to my phone calls. People do business with people they know. Also I didn’t want keep on “hammering a round screw in a square peg”. The lesson is first commit to following up then the creativity in your follow up will follow. Trust me.
