LLC vs trust for mortgage

I got a great appraisal and I'm set up for a successful brrr on my last deal. 

Only problem is the property is currently in a trust and the lender wants it in an LLC.

Any suggestions talking to the lender or do I need to get a different one/ transfer to llc?

Any advice for transferring title to llc?
