Accepted Offer but no realtor. Now what?
Hooray! The seller just accepted my offer. I was able to leverage a better price using the justification that I do not have a realtor. Sorry realtors. You guys and girls definitely earn your pay. Now I have to figure out how to purchase this house without a realtor. Can I just write up a purchase agreement on a word document or does it have to be on some legal document?
Thanks,
Troy

@Troy Froistad hey troy, you may want to consider a transactional agent. Way before I got into RE, when we sold our first home we did it without a sellers agent. We hired someone after sale (I wanna say for around $500 but I can't remember) - to help us review some documents and I think they also sat with us at closing, not representing us as a sellers agent, just the transaction and making sure it was executed correctly.
