Anybody have experience with buying property and child support?

Weird question - I am buying a property from heirs... after talking to them for some time, one of the heirs tells me he has had children outside of his marriage... and owns a ton of child support, so how will it affect him? anybody have any ideas? 

Property is in NY, and there are 3 heirs, and for argument sake say price is $210k, so each one should be getting $70k, will what he owes in child support all these years come out of the sale? I don't think so but wanted to hear if anybody here has any info.
