Submitting Offer Before Touring Tenant Occupied House?
Hi,
Is it true that it is rare to be able to see a house before submitting an offer if it is tenant occupied? This seems risky to me, but I'm very new, so would love to hear others thoughts.
Thank you

That is standard here. You just make the offer contingent on viewing the property. The owner doesn't want to disrupt the tenant more than necessary, and the tenant doesn't want to be disrupted. Why allow 100 people to walk through the property when you aren't even sure you will be able to come to an agreement?
