Kansas City investment

I’ve been wanting to invest in Kansas City, MO or surrounding suburbs. This would be my first rental property which is why I’m choosing a single family home requiring little to no work.

Anyone currently investing in KCMO or surrounding suburbs? How was your first rental purchase experience?

How do I determine what is a good deal?

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

If you haven't already, I would visit to get a feel for which area you like.

Determining what is a good deal is really subjective and only you can decide that.
