Baltimore City Zoning

Hello Baltimore City, Hello Maryland - It seems that when a multifamily building goes vacant in the City, Baltimore Housing will classify that property back as a Single Family dwelling

1- Is that accurate?

2- How to have it "re-zone" it as a MF?

Thanks for your input.

If you lose use of occupancy it might be the case.

BGE would require updates then you might have to go through it again.

I am not sure if you have to go through the city council process, good question to ask.
