Running comps for multifamily with only SFH in the neigborhood.
Hi friends!
I need to run comps on two multifamily properties (1-4unit apartment & 1-duplex) the issue that I am running into is that the properties are surrounded by SFH. Any suggestions how to create an accurate ARV with minimal comps?
Thanks in advance :)
