Best Way To Proceed After Multiple Offers When First Fails

I would like to get some opinions out there to help with my situation. I just finished a flip valued at $135K in the NE Ohio market, so it was a small home in an older B class neighborhood. House is 67 yrs old. It was previewed for a week. On first day, we had 23 showings with 4 offers. We took the best offer which was $6K over list, but after the inspection, the offerors back out. The inspection wasn't terrible, but had many minor things typical of an older house. I plan to fix major things. What's the best way to proceed? Which option below is best?

1. Go back to other 3 offerors immediately to see if they want to offer their earlier offer. Disclose the entire inspection report. (My preference).

2. Same as two, but only disclose important things?

3. Take if off market for a week, then list it again. Disclose entire inspection report. (My agent’s recommendation)

4. List it immediately without going back to previous offerors. Disclose the full inspection report.

5. Others you may think are better.
